Reusable named document bundles. Pick one when creating a room to snapshot its documents in (universal-levels floors still apply — Tier 2 docs without a grant are skipped). Capture a template from any room via its "Save as template" action.
Six starter profiles seeded via dr-v3.sql. Each profile sets default max tier + per-section permission matrix (own_region, own_scope, no_mcr, grant_required).
